Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Returns will be accepted by authorization only. Requests for authorizations must be made by email -customerservice@wreathsbydesign.com within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Please include in your email your name, telephone number, order number, and item number. All items must be returned in the original shipping carton. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchase price only will be refunded. No returns accepted on limited availability or sale merchandise. We do not ship dried natural products outside of the United States.

Limited Availability Items are items that are one-of-a-kind. All sales are final on these items.


Dried Wreath Care
Dried naturals are best kept out of direct sunlight and humidty. It is also advisable to keep dried naturals away from forced air heat, as this will remove moisture from the product making it brittle. To clean a dried natural floral product, we recommend a light dusting with a feather duster. A blow dryer set on the lowest setting can also be used to blow off any dust.  To store a dried natural product, wrap in newspaper and store in a cardboard box. Never store dried natural products in plastic.It is also not advisable to store these products in a basement where it can get too damp, or an attic where it is too hot and dry.                                                                                                                                                                                                             


All purchases will be shipped via Fed Ex within 5 to 7 business days. We always inform our customers via email when an order will ship. We can only to States within the Continental United States.
